Foods for a Healthy Thyroid Function

Foods for a healthy thyroid function - By Bellabaci Cellulite Cupping Massage

Sometimes you are not feeling your best, and this can be nudged away as stress and maybe a taxed immune system. When it persists, you need to take a moment and assess exactly how you are feeling. Symptoms such as tiredness, sudden weight gain and that fuzzy head feeling and/or memory loss can be ascribed to an unhealthy thyroid function. This can influence from your emotions to even the appearance of cellulite. Eating foods for a healthy thyroid function can put the skip back in your step and have you feeling like your great self, naturally.

Your thyroid is found in the front of your neck and is in the shape of a butterfly. We are dependent on this organ to be in top form as it regulates our metabolism and it also has a huge impact on our endocrine function.

Your thyroid needs iodine to function optimally, and what we eat, or don’t eat, can influence the production of hormones made by this important organ. That being said, there are also foods that inhibit the iodine metabolism in your body. These foods are called goitrogens and should be avoided where possible.

Foods for a healthy Thyroid Function:

  • Sushi! The sea veggies containing dulse, kelp and nori are packed with iodine
  • Brazil nuts
  • Coconut oil
  • Maca
  • Cod liver oil
  • Egg yolks
  • Ghee
  • Grass-fed butter
  • Avocado

Food to avoid when you have an under-active Thyroid function:

  • Spinach
  • Soy and soy-type foods
  • Peanuts
  • Brussel sprouts
  • Mustard greens
  • Cauliflower
  • Kale
  • Radishescircuflowkit

Our famous Circuflow Kit is also a very handy tool to boost your thyroid. The ingredients found in The Circuflow Genie in a Bottle are all natural homeopathic and essential oil synergies, geared to balance your thyroid and restore its production of hormones. Combined with cupping therapy, you will achieve a deeper penetration of active ingredients, while the negative pressure of these hand-squeezed vacuum suction cups nourishes and increases your blood circulation to bring back health and wellbeing.

I put coconut oil in my coffee, makes it very creamy and i also use it to fry food. The odorless one works great. I also see that coconut oil is the main ingredient in the circuflow oil, just ordered mine 🙂

This is awesome, my mom has a low thyroid and she eats a lot of spinach since starting her paleo diet and she is not feeling so well these days, now i know why..

  3. Nolene Wepener says:

My diet is quite poor, just don’t like healthy foods, but the few minutes with your kit per day seems doable!

  4. Mariam Ebrahim says:

I use my body cup from my circuflow kit and use light pump actions over my thyroid and i also apply the circuflow genie on my thyroid. I can feel a difference when i do it for sure. Great info as well, thank you.
