Choose a diet that works for you!

With all the new diet fads going around such as banting, low carb, paleo etc, our new favorite is called The Permissive Diet. Forget focusing on what you cannot eat, or cutting out whole food groups, which is anyway confusing as what is good today is poison tomorrow, and rather focus on what you can eat. This will also help to make healthier choices and cut out the confusion of what is allowed and what isn’t.
