Cupping is a super simple, non-invasive way to pack in your wellness and beauty regime in one. Plus I’ve managed to get through 5 books this month, all the while Cupping!

This coffee-table hard cover is the perfect accompaniment to a cosy morning in. It explores international Happiness concepts from around the world. Drawing on collective themes such as The Netherlands “Gezellig” or Japan’s “Wabi-sabi” and even South Africa’s “Ubuntu”, as guides to Happiness.
The Subtle Art of not giving a F*ck – Mark Manson
This “self-help” guide not only explores positivity but its fundamental message is to enhance your mental wellbeing or awareness. The less you worry the better you’ll feel. It is complex at times but as the book title suggests, it’s a “subtle art”.

Have you ever felt the urge to look into oral health alternatives? Have you ever asked yourself why one of the most common morning and night rituals, for just about every person on earth, consists of chemicals and alcohol?
