My Tried and Tested Get Better Soon Ritual for Covid19

When Covid19 began, no one knew anyone personally that had it and then it became closer and closer to home. I was recently one of the unlucky ones to experience this horrible virus and it is something very different and much more aggressive than your usual cold or flu. Apart from the physiological symptoms, it also caused quite a bit of emotional stress, as you just don’t know if you are going to make it through. Dark thoughts yes, but very real.
For the 2 weeks that my family and I were man-down, we found much relief in a few of the Bellabaci Wellness products, specifically the Get Better Soon Ritual for Covid19, that made it quite a bit easier, especially at night when your lungs are weak and breathing becomes stressful.
Breathe Ease
This Genie was a big help and with opening the chest and helping with mucus stagnation.
We used it with steam-inhalation and applied at least every 4 hours to our backs, chests and throats. It even helped for sinus congestion when I used in on my face. It’s not a facial product but I needed relief and the Coconut oil did its bit to nourish my skin.
SOS Repair Ointment
This one deserves the Academy Award equivalent for ointments.
The body aches were the worst. In the beginning it felt like my hips were being crushed and it was so difficult to feel comfortable. For my husband, his neck pain was so bad that he couldn’t look left or right. Well, this ointment gives pain relief within 5min of application. One of the scary parts of Covid19 is the possibility to get scarring on the lungs.
Cupping helps to refresh and re-oxygenate the blood so every night we all did a 5-20min session of placement cupping. It also helps with relaxation and sleeping, which is so very important to heal.

Losing your sense of smell and taste may sound like a small symptom compared to the rest, but it is very inconvenient when you can’t smell smoke, a gas leak, or if the food you are eating is still good. I know a few people that haven’t regained these senses for many months after having Covid19. Both Aromask and ConSCENTrate helped a great deal to “retrain” our senses. From researching on the internet, the general advice is to smell different, strong scents throughout the day. We used these successfully along with coffee beans, cumin, curry powder and cinnamon.
